All sales are final. Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to improper care

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
